Monica Salazar (Green Addict) is a San Diego native leading the charge in successfully producing and coordinating community-based events in cities like San Diego, Miami and San Francisco.  She is the director of Green Addict, an organization that has instituted the principles of social and environmental responsibility within the club and special event arena. Monica is the Producer of Earthdance San Diego in Balboa Park, an event she first organized in 2006.



Jim Clayton (Polka Dot Presents, Inc.) is one of the most prominent promoters in San Diego, hailing an impressive resume of event production including NYE events at the Red Lion, Sheraton, and Hilton Torrey Pines, and electronica stages at San Diego Street Scene and the City of San Diego’s Millennium Expo 2000 Celebration.  He continues to be one of the most respected promoters in the business, and has become one of the most recognizable advocates for environmental sustainability and lifestyle in San Diego, founding the community-driven organization, Green Addict in April 2005. Jim is the Executive Producer of Earthdance San Diego 2008, and is the founder and president of Polka Dot Presents, now in its 18th year of operation.



Marcus Lara (We Are One Unlimited) has been producing music, dance, and community events since 1990. He has been promoting Earthdance events since 2000, having promoted these global healing events at Hansen Dam in Los Angeles, Leo Carrillo State Beach in Malibu, Holiday Park in Carlsbad, and George Berkich Park in Cardiff, before locating a permanent home for our annual worldwide event in Balboa Park in 2006. Marcus is the founder of We Are One Unlimited and the Director of Earthdance San Diego.
